Not Out Labs is a business brand operated by NV Venture , a GST-registered business in India. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit www.notoutlabs.com, contact us, discuss a potential business engagement, or apply to work with us.
Depending on the jurisdiction and context, processing may be based on your request or a prospective/actual contract, our legitimate business interests, compliance with legal obligations, or your consent. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it by contacting us or using the available consent controls.
When you submit a website enquiry or Careers application form, the information you enter is transmitted to our form-delivery provider, FormSubmit, so it can be delivered to our business email inbox. Careers applications may include a resume/CV attachment. We use the submission to respond to your enquiry and take requested pre-contract steps. You may alternatively contact us directly by email. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers or other highly sensitive information through website forms.
We provide live chat through Tawk.to . If you open or use the chat widget, Tawk.to may process technical information needed to provide the service and any name, email address, message content or other information you choose to provide in the chat. The widget may use cookies or local storage depending on its configuration and your consent settings. Where consent is legally required, the chat consent controls should be presented before chat-related cookies or local storage are used. Please do not send passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers or other highly sensitive information through live chat.
We use service providers for hosting/security, business email, contact-form delivery, live chat, communications, analytics, advertising measurement, customer relationship management and related business operations. Website form submissions are currently relayed through FormSubmit before reaching our Not Out Labs email inbox, live-chat interactions are provided through Tawk.to, and website analytics are provided through Google Analytics 4. These providers process information for the relevant service. Because we support clients internationally, information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to the provider’s contractual, security and privacy arrangements and applicable law.
We currently use Google Analytics 4 and Google Consent Mode v2 to understand website usage and measure relevant website events. Analytics storage is denied by default and can be granted through our analytics consent control. Advertising storage, advertising user-data and advertising-personalization signals remain denied in the current website configuration. We do not intentionally send form-message content, email addresses, phone numbers or other direct personal identifiers to Google Analytics or place them in analytics URL parameters. We may add advertising conversion measurement in the future and will update our disclosures and consent controls when the configuration materially changes.
Business enquiries that do not become active engagements are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact, unless a shorter period is requested or a longer period is reasonably necessary for legal, security or dispute-resolution purposes. Career applications that do not lead to an engagement are normally retained for up to 12 months so we can consider the applicant for relevant future opportunities, unless the applicant asks us to delete the application sooner or a longer period is required for legal or dispute-resolution purposes. Contract, invoice and accounting records may be retained for the periods required by applicable law.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, completion, deletion or restriction of personal information, to withdraw consent, or to object to certain processing. This is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly seek personal information from people under 18 through this website.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including HTTPS for the website and authenticated business email. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
